The Scoutguard SG580M Camera takes a SIM Card from any phone carrier (AT&T Prefered). Camera may be used with GO Phones or any other Pre-Paid phones which uses a SIM Card. SIM Card must be programmed to be able to text a MMS text message just like a regular phone line. No Yearly contracts as long as you purchase the SIM Card outright. Contracts are done on the actual phone itself which you do not need since the SIM Card goes into the camera.  SIM Card goes into the camera  theoretically turning the camera into a phone.  When it takes a picture it creates a thumbnail and text or E-mails it to you.  Can send up to 4 different phone #’s and 4 different E-mails. Works anywhere phone service has atleast 2 bars.   Phone Service averages $9.99/month.
