SG580M Wireless Camera Review

Got it to work!!!.....with your settings. apparently the trick is to make sure that what you enter on the sd card from the computer is what is on the card once the sd card is back in the device...it apparently changes or doesn't take sometimes and you need to re enter the info via the device as well through the device.

signal strength is why the 314.... number wasn't coming on ..once i got in a good area (which i find switching the device on and of again can help with getting into a better cell area) the device picks up a good signal and all is well.

so your settings work well with the go phones from sprint as well.

one think different that I'm not sure mad a difference or not (since i cant see it on the device, but can see it on the computer) is the account value i was told needed to be in CAPITAL LETTERS....so Account= WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM

hope that feedback helps.
thanks for your help and let me know if any interesting updates come out.
thanks
Matt

Killed in 2009 Hunting Season with the help of the Scoutguard.  Scored 152" from Mid-Missouri.  " I had been seeing signs of a good buck in the area, so I used the Scoutguard and got a picture of him on Wendsday and then took him with my rifle on Friday.  I probably would have hunted a different spot if it wasn't for the Scoutguard.  Great Product Highly Recommend it."

The Scoutguard helps me kill atleast 1 buck a year.  The buck on the left was killed last year 2009 with my bow and the buck on the right was killed in 2008 scored 159"  Killed bottom buck 2010 Bow Kill.  Wouldn't use another camera out there.  Highly Recommended.

Scoutguard 550 Camera

Jeff, August 2008 - I would, I actually just talked my friend into buying one (HCO ScoutGuard) because he just bought a Moultrie and is having problems with it. The customer service I received from BestGameCamera was excellent and he spent some time helping me try and fix my cam and it was human error. I feel HCO has been doing a great job helping people if they have problems.

Michigan , August 2008 - Order them, I guarantee you won't regret it.

Jack, August 2008 - If I were to buy another IR camera in the sub-$400 range right now, it would be the HCO ScoutGuard.

Nebraska , August 2008 - I wouldn't think twice about buying another, in fact, I just picked up a couple more... After seeing my camera work, my Dad and cousin are ordering for themselves. Also have to give a thumbs up to BestGameCamera.com, first class outfit with great customer service.

James, August 2008 - Would buy another in a heart beat. Had mine for 5 months now and just replaced the batts. If I can find a way for a solar panel to work to recharge the batts while the cam is deployed I will be a happy happy man. As for the pic quality and the Video quality. you really can't find a better cam for the price anywhere. and just incase anyone wants to know how tough these little cams are, my first deployment in a bear enviroment netted me a nice video of a BIG hanking bear nose and some fine teeth marks yet the cam survived very well once the drool was wiped off.
